Final Flood Warning For The Bremer River

RIVER LEVELS ARE EASING ALONG THE BREMER RIVER DURING SUNDAY MORNING
No further rainfall of significance has been recorded across the catchment since 9:00 am Saturday. Further rainfall is forecast early this week but at this stage is not expected to cause renewed flooding.
Bremer River and Warrill Creek:
River levels are easing along the Bremer River on Sunday morning following river level rises and isolated minor flooding on Saturday.
The Bremer River at Rosewood peaked at 4.17 metres (minor flooding) around 4:15 pm Saturday 02 July and is currently at 3.36 metres (below minor) and falling.
The river level will continue easing during Sunday and will remain below the minor flood level (4.00 m).
The Bremer River at Five Mile Bridge is currently at 3.18 metres (below minor) and falling, following a peak just below the minor flood level (3.50 metres) late Saturday evening.
The river level will continue easing during Sunday and will remain below the minor flood level (3.50 m).
The Bremer River at Walloon is currently at 4.16 metres (below minor) and falling, following a peak below the minor flood level (5.00 m) in the early hours of Sunday.
